The following words are from Steck-Vaughn Core Spelling Workbook Lesson 28 for Grade 3. Spelling Words. This book has additional spelling practice so it’s a great resource.  Despite the fact that I’m a second-grade teacher, I’ve found that the grade level on these books doesn’t always line up with what’s depicted on the front cover. 2nd Grade students often even find these words to be easy.
